All payments made to Replyot are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this policy or required by applicable law.

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service, timing of the request, and usage level.

3. Subscription Refunds

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.
  • You may cancel at any time, but access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans may be eligible for a partial refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The service has not been substantially used
  • No abuse or policy violation is detected

Refunds after 7 days are generally not provided.

4. Usage-Based Services

For pay-per-use features (e.g., AI responses, message credits):

  • Charges are final and non-refundable once usage has occurred.

5. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you are charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate payment):

  • You must notify us within 7 days
  • Verified claims will be refunded to the original payment method

6. Service Failure or Technical Issues

You may be eligible for a refund or credit if:

  • A critical service failure prevents usage
  • The issue persists for a significant duration
  • It is confirmed by our technical team

Refunds are issued at our discretion, often as service credits.

7. Abuse and Misuse

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The account violates Terms & Conditions
  • The service is misused (spam, automation abuse, etc.)
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent ban from using Replyot services

9. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed:

  • Within 7–14 business days
  • To the original payment method (where possible)
